Welcome! In our family, we love food. We love going out to eat, we love trying different foods, we love bread, and we love wine! We are also health conscious, especially more so in recent years due to health issues, food allergies, and just to overall feel better and more energetic. Because of this, we try to make healthier versions of our favorite recipes and incorporate unique flavors from all over the world. Healthy food can taste just as delicious (if not more delicious) than unhealthy food. Of course we have days where we splurge and maybe eat something that is not considered healthy, but it is all about balance. You can go on a cruise and make healthy choices so  you can then enjoy seconds (or thirds or fourths) at the buffet.

It is a great resource for those looking to transition to a plant-based diet, or if you are looking for some new recipes to add to your meal plan! We have this book and it is fabulous. Of course it is a recipe book, but there is also a great grocery and pantry list as well as some great tips for cooking. Food that is healthy CAN taste as good as food that is unhealthy (sometimes even better!)
